    BLACK&WHITE SESAME CLOUD

    Drink Description:
    Removing the black sesame bits required sifting, but that may result in a weaker taste as well. Using a non-gritty solution to build back the taste both in the foam top and beverage base ensures a full-bodied and tasty experience without compromise.

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    Roasted Almond Syrup 2 pumps (30ml)
    Roasted Almond Syrup Black White Sesame Cloud

    Other Ingredients:

    Instant Black Sesame Paste 1:1
    Hot Water Dilution
    Espresso Double
    Fresh Milk 150g
    Ice 150g

    Method:

    • EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
    • Prepare Instant Black Sesame paste from the supermarket with 1:1 ratio.
    • Sieve to remove grittiness
    • Prepare Black White Sesame Cloud and set aside
    • Add Roasted Almond Syrup into cupp
    • Add ice and espresso
    • Top with Black White Sesame Cloud
    • Serve
