    Many are probably well acquainted with dalgona whose popularity skyrocketed in recent years. This brew serves an interesting take with a layer of creamy and chocolatey cheese foam topped over spiced chai tea for a taste of decadence.​

    Espresso 1 Shot
    Full Cream Milk 150ml
    Ice 120g

    Method:

    • METHOD (CHOCOLATE CAP)
    • Add Chocolate Sauce and 50ml of Chilled Full Cream Milk into a blender cup
    • Blend for 15 seconds until smooth
    • METHOD (BEVERAGE)
    • Add espresso and chai syrup into glass
    • Add ice and milk into glass
    • Top with chocolate cap
